65 days. That’s how long Streak #2 lasted. A brutal Monday killed it. I started Streak #3 on Tuesday. The habit isn’t gone. The counter just reset.
3 AM wake-up. DC. PA. A moving company I’ll never use again. And yoga on mom’s floor at 10 PM. Day 47.
Day 45 of 90. Exactly halfway. Down 16.5 lbs from peak, 72 days without soda, and one Sunday night that almost ended everything.
I found the hack: Yoga with Adriene at bedtime. 15-20 minutes, every night, right before sleep. That’s how the streak stays alive.
12 days. That’s how long Streak #1 lasted. A travel day killed it. So I weighed in at 249, accepted it, and started Streak #2.
I took my exercise streak to Cancun and kept it alive at an all-inclusive resort. Walking on the beach absolutely counts.
